I have no complaints about this bag. I should have bought 3.

This backpack is full size, looks and feels exactly like the picture and description shows. It appears to be well made and if we find differently after some use, will update the review. My daughter loves the rustic feel and look of the backpack and it is suitable for either men or women who like that look. It was shipped promptly as well. We are very happy with the backpack and would recommend it.
